Kathy Cunningham, has been working in ministry for over 30 years in various ministries and positions.  She has a Master's Degree in Christian Counseling, has previously worked at two local churches facilitating support groups, training volunteers and working with individuals to overcome obstacles in their lives to move forward to fulfill God's purposes.  She worked for 10 years at A Woman's Place Ministries, which is a Crisis Pregnancy Center in Tampa, FL.  Her role at AWPM was overseeing and coordinating the client programs and client advocate training for the center.  Kathy is also an ordained minister and a Certified Life Purpose Coach and has been doing individual counseling and groups for over 10 years.

Kathy is a Christian, Biblical Counselor, specializing in Inner Healing.  She will walk you through an 8 week inner healing process that leads to freedom.  This process include working through family of origin patterns, recognizing faulty beliefs that keep you stuck and working through any losses that may keep you from fully releasing pain from you past and finishing the process with forgiveness and release.

Kathy also works in the area of relationship wholeness, codependency (especially if you are a loved one of someone with an addiction) boundaries, working with ministry leaders and relational healing.

Kathy's desire and passion is to encourage and motivate people during difficult times and seasons of change with hope and fresh vision.  She would love to partner with you in building skills and learning new tools to develop healthy relationships in all areas of your life.

Kathy has been married to her very patient husband John for 45 years and has two wonderful adult children, their spouses who are loved like our own and three amazing grandchildren.

Kathy loves people and the scripture that best describes what her calling and her prayer is:

Isaiah 50:4 "The Sovereign Lord has given me His words of wisdom, so that I know what to say to all these weary ones.  Morning by morning He wakens me and opens my understanding to His will."

Inner Healing

An 8 week inner healing process that leads to Freedom.  This process include working through family of origin patterns, recognizing faulty beliefs that keep you stuck, working through any losses that may keep you from fully releasing pain from your past and finishing the process with forgiveness and release.

Boundaries

Do you have a hard time saying no?  If you do say no, do you feel guilty?  Do you fix, rescue and love too much?  Does someone you love have an addiction and you find yourself addicted to fixing them?  You may need to learn some new ways of relating and new ways to set healthy boundaries.

Relational Healing

Do you find yourself in a cycle of bad relationships.  Do you see repeated patterns that you would like to break.  You may need to find the root of why these relational cycles continue in your life.

Grief and Loss

Each of us will face loss in varying forms throughout our life. Grief is a part of the human experience -it is our natural response to losing someone or something that is important to you.
Many people are suffering from some form of grief that they have not yet been able to work through.  Many of the problems we struggle with are associated with multiple layers of grief that have never really been recognized or resolved.
I have a process to help you work through the losses in your life, often things you may not even realize were losses that are still affecting you.
